DIGITAL ALCHIMIA’S DELIVERY PERSPECTIVE

What could this approach unlock for your business?

The useful next step is to connect the story to your own operating reality. Here are the questions we would bring into that conversation.

01

Make access constraints part of the first design discussion.

Language, reading comfort and connectivity affect whether a person can use an application at all. Review these constraints with representative users before selecting content formats. An inclusive experience needs acceptance criteria for the task, the information and the conditions in which people will access it.

02

Separate content governance from application delivery.

An awareness service needs clear responsibility for reviewing and updating its information as well as maintaining the application. Agree those owners and how an update reaches offline users. OutSystems professionals can support the delivery work while qualified content owners retain responsibility for the information presented.
