The change
A business-led team used OutSystems to build a new deal management system with country-specific rules and integrations. Delivery took fifteen months after requirements had been defined, and the initial North American operation went live before broader rollout.
The outcome
The source describes four deal types in the core application and six additional smaller applications. One commission calculation application reduced its specific calculation process from two days to twenty minutes; that timing does not describe the entire deal lifecycle.
